Description:

This machine sets beside plastic molding machine to crush sprues and scrapyards before their reuse.It is designed to shred various shorts,reuse and semi-finished products made of plastic and rubber materials such as soft PC,polycarbonate,nylon,ABS and so on in sheet,twig or mesh shapes. The main characteristic of equipments is that the waste materials are reclaimed right before their characteristics changes, so as to keep the quality, lower waste and production cost. As a rule, this series uses together with hopper dryer and plastic injecting machine.

The features:
  1.Intergral body design,sturdy and durable,have not effect the performance even after long-time crushing.
  2.The regrinding and virgin can be mixed in the pre-set ratio。
  3.Optimized rotation knife design adopting shear principle,made of high contented chromium steel,shred the various plastic easily.
  4.The gap between fixed blades and roating blades is adjustable,the knives can be dismounted when unsharped,to be used repeatedly,long time working life.
  5.Weigh-loading bearings and dust- protection device, the noise-proof board can prevent vibration and noise effectively.
  6.The overloading protector on the motor and interlock protection device on the power source, double protection for the safety of human being and motor.
  7.Separable design,the bunker, main body, mesh frame are dismounted easily, convenient for bunker cleaning.
  8.special rubber belt, the rotating efficency (0.92-0.97) of this special rubber belt is higher than “V”type belt’s(0.87-0.95).
